We run weekly themed indoor group rides. Whether you’re looking for a high energy session, a chill ride, or a feat of climbing, we’ve got a session for you!
We offer monthly passes and packages for our Group Sessions. Our All-Inclusive Sub, Indoor Cycling Sub, and Indoor Group Rides Passes will all allow you to book with convenience at discounted rates. Find them here.

Our group sessions are run on TrainingPeaks Virtual. Don’t worry, if you don’t have an account we will set you up ahead of your session.

Your cycling outfit and cleats if you have them (otherwise any athletic wear is ok), a water bottle, and a towel and change of clothes if you want to shower afterwards.
If you have a heart rate monitor, bring it along as well!

Please arrive 15mins prior to your session, to make sure we can make any necessary adjustments ahead of your start time.

For the sessions that depend on specific power targets, we will use your FTP (if you know it). Otherwise we will use a baseline estimate. You can always adjust the intensity during the session if it is too hard or too easy.

Please sign up to the Indoor Cycling Intro prior to joining your first group session. This will help us ensure that you are ready to go! And not to worry, you’ll still get a good workout during the Intro!
